Collector's Note: Perman is a Japanese manga and anime that tells the story of clumsy boy turned hero, Mitsuo Suwa. Mitsuo was chosen to be a Perman (Superman minus the "su") by Superman himself. With four magical items that give him special powers, and a band of other Perman, hijinks ensue.
