This seems to be Wang from the Famicom/MSX version of Yie Ar Kung Fu. Wouldn't have guessed without the Konami mark. Toy looks pretty close to the depiction on this cartridge: http://retrogamerjapan.com/image/cache/f2011102020-600x600.jpg
